Responsibilities:
- Provide in-home care and support to clients, assisting with activities of daily living
- Help clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including cleaning and laundry
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals
Experience:
- Previous experience as a caregiver or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of basic caregiving techniques and practices
- Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and their families
- Strong organizational skills to manage schedules and prioritize tasks
